Living Forest Duell

In Living Forest Duell, two players take on the roles of the nature spirits Summer and Winter and compete in a duel. On their turn, they choose between revealing the top animal card from the shared deck or using an action marker to activate the elements on the animal cards. Players can activate both their personal row of animal cards and the shared row. Throughout their turn, they can attract more animals from the shared deck, extinguish fires, plant trees, or move Onibi towards the opponent's spirit. The game revolves around achieving four victory conditions and dominating the mystical forest. Living Forest Duell adapts the mechanics of the 2022 Kennerspiel des Jahres for two players, adding new components and gameplay elements.
