The Criminally Insane - Character Expansion is a separate character expansion. As a thank you for participating in this campaign we are adding it for free to every pledge. When a perpetrator cannot understand their actions as a result of mental defect or disease they are sent to a mental institution instead of prison. During the campaign, we will be presenting their cases and adding extra free playable characters to the Criminally Insane set.
