Anthelia shall have her will and drink all colour from the world. Explore the city of Alliáns, thwart Anthelia's schemes, or help her hasten the end of the world. To facilitate this endeavor, Anthelia ordered the construction of manifold telescopes. Incredibly huge, bordering on useless miniature, and anything in between. They stand proud on top of Alliáns, the spired city of glass and marble. Or rather will stand: the most humongous of the contraptions is under construction as of yet. The entire state’s budget, and most labour, flows into the monumental build.
