A love letter to the roll and move board games of my childhood. One simple rule - roll and move forward - and thirty-six playable characters, each with a unique way to break it. My favorite way to play is the three-player double racer variant, where you not only draft your racers but also come up with teams of two to try and synergize their powers.
This game is one of the best games for kids bridging the complexity from those that effectively run themselves. Gives younger players a little more agency while not overloading them with strategy. Great game for adults to sit with and enjoy with their kids.
I got this to play with my kids aged 7 and 9. My wife doesn’t usually play with us but she enjoys this game. My 3 year old daughter also joins us to play and we do her actions for her, but she loves it and it held her attention for nearly the whole game haha. I have a couple friends that came over to play and we had the most fun we have had together in a really long time. Love this game.
Great art style, great detail with the pieces and board, and also super fun to play. Perfect mix of strategy and chance and tons of variability from game to game. A good fit for parties even with people that aren’t super used to slightly more complex board games due to the simple base rules. Highly recommend.
You draft non-sense unbalanced characters, roll some dices and hilarious stuff happens. As long as you know that there isn't much decision here and mostly goofy interactions you're gonna have a good time.
