It's an absolute joy to play! I think it's great that you actually have influence on the story. I'm not proud of killing one of my patients, but I had a lot of fun with my colleagues in the proces. I've played all 4 patients, and they are all great, advancing in difficulty. 10 stars, without a doubt!

Exceptional game. Somehow makes you feel like you are actually fixing peoples ailments! Cases increase in complexity, but are all 'solvable'...sadly not by us every time. Brilliant game.
