I love these scenarios and the combat deck is a great improvement to the system.

This is pretty close to being essential. This might be the peak to Memoir 44 when it comes to executing the game at large scale.

The city fighting in this scenario is a nice touch for Memoir 44. It recreates the feel of those city fights in movies. The combat cards are a great addition to this scenario. Since it's out of print, a work-around might be to download them from the DOW site. Although this seems to be out of print, after 6 months of looking for this, it popped up on thewarstore.com for $24 one day and I picked it up. Keep heart.

I'm very happy with this overlord scenario and in general, I think the larger maps are more fun vs. the standard game. The combat cards are great and I enjoy how the majority medals and other medal objectives factor in. Plus, no terrain to set up. On the other hand, I only want to play this two-player, the multiplayer aspect holds no interest for me.
