Description
Messina 1347 is a board game set in the year 1347, when merchant ships arriving in Messina brought with their luxuries the uncontrollable Black Plague epidemic. Players lead the city's most important families who, to escape the contagion, abandon Messina and take refuge in the surrounding countryside. From there, they save other inhabitants, organize life in the new home, and help eradicate the epidemic in the city, awaiting the chance to return and reestablish their dominance over Messina's districts.
