Probably the best filler game I have ever played. This is an auction game that would probably appeal to those who do not like auctions. Use the cards in currencies you don't want to bid on lots containing the currencies you do want, with 200 points being the minimum threshold for scoring a particular currency. Money is indeed my favourite auction game. Knizia at his finest, Money is an amazing demonstration of what can be accomplished with a deck of cards and a simple set of rules.

We own the original German edition and a later edition. It's one of Knizia's classic bidding games, and remains a favorite of ours.

Along with 'Schotten Totten' this is my favourite Knizia. I'm a light-weight gamer admittedly, but this is beautifully elegant, quick and easy to learn. The decision space is just phenomenal due to the clever scoring. Just about the perfect game. Looking forward to the AllPlay version 'cos my copy looks rubbish.

A great game. Original, innovative, fast. Sometimes I feel like I don't have enough control over it, but in a game of this length, that's OK.
