Not Alone: Remastered Edition
Not Alone: Remastered Edition is an asymmetrical card game where one player controls the Creature hunting on an alien planet while others play the Hunted trying to survive and escape. The Hunted must survive 30 minutes and signal for rescue, while the Creature aims to assimilate them. A tense game of deduction and bluffing perfect for 2-7 players ages 10+.
25th century. After discovering the coordinates of a planet erased from all official maps, you assemble an expedition aboard the ZAROFF and set course for Artemia.
The initial surveys seem promising: a Class M world, lush and breathable. But the moment you enter the atmosphere, a magnetic field cripples the ship's systems. Emergency landing. Distress signal sent. Now there's nothing left but to wait for rescue on an alien world that perhaps doesn't want you there.
Something watches you from the jungle. Something ancient. Something territorial.
You are not alone.
Not Alone is an asymmetrical card game pitting one player against the rest of the table. The Hunted use Location and Survival cards to explore Artemia and survive until rescue arrives, advancing the Rescue counter each round. The Creature hunts them, advancing the Assimilation counter with each successful capture. Whoever first moves their counter to the Victory square wins.
Each turn, the Hunted secretly choose a Location card from their hand and place it face down. They may speak freely, but each survivor must choose alone. Then the Creature places up to three Hunt markers among Artemia's ten locations. All cards are revealed: survivors in safe locations activate powerful location abilities, while those captured lose Will tokens or suffer Hunt card effects. Losing your last Will token advances the Assimilation counter. At the end of each round, the Rescue counter advances one space.
Managing your hand is crucial. Location cards accumulate in a visible discard pile, making your next move predictable. You can spend Will tokens to Resist and recover discarded cards, or Surrender to reset everything at a heavy cost to the entire team.
This Remastered Edition also includes Frozen Lands, an alternative version for 4-7 players. It introduces 55 new Location cards and 14 Contamination tokens. Surrendering or losing your last Will token now risks drawing a hidden Contamination token. When rescue finally arrives, every survivor must be clean: a single infected player means defeat for the entire team.
