Description Description
Lacking natural resources, and refusing to rely on massive energy imports from neighbouring countries, the government of Uruguay has provided incentives to improve energy generation and distribution throughout the country.

The first step is to improve the energy supply of rural areas, which make up the majority of the country. Secondly, it will be necessary to improve energy supply throughout the country, both in metropolitan and rural areas.

Fortunately for you and your company, the strong winter wind called Pampero blows across Uruguay, making it a prime area for wind exploitation through wind turbines. In addition, some rural areas could also exploit photovoltaics to meet their energy needs.

You have to expand your electricity grid and meet the energy requirements of the whole country to have the most profitable business and win the game!

Great little Euro game. there has been a lot of help from the designer answering Q and A's. Easy Teach

After the initial hurdle of the first learning game. Boy, did I learn (what not to do). My second game was an amazing experience of trying to set up opportunities for myself. Seeing your plans come to fruition felt really rewarding. A lot of moving parts and the decision space keeps growing. I’m looking forward to more plays

Great game! In many aspects like a Lacerda game, hence with a playing time which allows more frequent games. Concept has very innovative and interesting elements. Material including sorting boxes is fantastic.

This game is outstanding. The components are some of the best I've ever seen in a board game. There is so much variety due to the expansions, but even without the expansions, there are myriad strategies to explore and employ.

Fantastic game! One of the most satisfying dual layer boards I've ever played with and an action selection mechanic that is as brain burning as it is addictive. And of course, Ian does an incredible job as always and the art both pops out with vivid expression and is easily readable.
