Then quickly find a safe haven to hide your priceless gold, emeralds of rare beauty and iridescent pearls. Explore the seas, accumulate cargo, recruit crew, take over other ships, but don't forget to bury your treasure!
Pirates of Maracaibo is a stand-alone game in the same vein as the popular Maracaibo (2019). Players familiar with Maracaibo will recognise some appreciated elements of the original game in this game. New players can, however, approach this game without any knowledge of the progenitor, since Pirates of Maracaibo is a stand-alone game with easy-to-understand rules.
The game lasts three rounds: set sail for the Caribbean, recruit a crew, ally with other crews, explore the coasts, amass the greatest booty and retire to a lonely island with the title of the most feared pirate in history. Anchors up sailors, it's time to set sail!
