When you throw a stone into a pond, waves are created that propagate in every direction, pulsing rhythmically. And they do not only propagate through the water: they continue in the air and even through sand and rocks. They reflect and refract everywhere, carrying the memory of an event.

In some place beyond space and time, technology has evolved to the point where it is possible to observe the movement of these pulsations, trace their origins, discover untold stories. The echoes generated by millennia of history create a confused web that seems impossible to decipher. But not for a Time Investigator, who can monitor each individual pulsation, calculate its expansion and trajectory, investigate every intersection between its waves.
