Description

Quill is a unique solo role-playing game. Instead of stabbing goblins and stealing treasures, you will be writing letters. Quill characters use the art of writing, language, and heart instead of attributes like strength or dexterity. While playing Quill, you will write real letters with the goal of creating the best and most beautiful writing to elicit a positive response from the recipient. You will draw words from the inkwell to inspire your letter. However, beware: if you roll poorly, your letter could be a complete failure. If you are looking for a pastime, then Quill is the perfect role-playing distraction and a game like no other. Winner of an Indie RPG Award in 2016. Our version of Quill includes: rulebook and initial scenarios, Love Letters - adventure book with 5 scenarios focusing on matters of the heart, Shadows and Ink - campaign book with a Lovecraftian campaign about a mysterious book in 5 parts, DIN A5 block for your letters (print version only). Additionally, there is an A4 version of the rulebook (without Love Letters, Shadows and Ink, and block) at a special introductory price.
