[b]France[/b] [b][bgcolor=#66ff99] 8 [/bgcolor][/b] Great map rules. The replenishing Paris provides a solid bit of catch-up for the last-place player, and Paris' connection rules brilliantly incentivize connecting to it to create a nexus, but it is also a terminal, a dead end for each line connecting to it.
