Risk can be fun and is very simple and easy to teach. You and the other players will have to be ok with: possibly being eliminated, dice determining combat, and long downtimes. But if you are playing with family or kids, Risk can serve as a fun game with more strategy than other options like monopoly or yahtzee.

This game literally gives me so much fond memories of my childhood and staying up at all hours of the night just playing with friends.... I am really surprised that it has such a low review this game is a classic.

Klassieker. Het spel heeft een redelijke geluksfactor en is niet voor iedereen weggelegd. Maar met de juiste medespelers kan het spel veel meer dan een spel worden waar urenlang kan gespeeld worden met diepgaande tactieken, plannen en allianties. Met mijn vrienden doen we geregeld een 'risk avond ', het stelt nooit teleur.

The classic. Played for years. love it. Watch out for board flippers. Heard FunableGames might be making a booster pack of card to speed up game play. not sure if they have done it yet though.

Risk is a true classic. The rules are simple but the mix of strategy, alliances, and sudden betrayals makes it a lot of fun. Games can get long, but that’s part of the charm
