In Shadowrift: Boomtown, the epic battle against relentless hordes continues. Two new monster factions, the Goblins and the Colossus, bring new challenges. The battle against the relentless hordes continues in Boomtown, an expansion for Shadowrift. Two new monster factions join the assault. The Goblins bring evil magics, crude weaponry, and an excessive amount of explosive bombs with them. In contrast to the Goblins, the gargantuan Colussus assails heroes and villagers alike with powerful claws, and horrendous weapons embedded throughout its giant horrific body. To combat these new threats, two new Heroes join the fray. The skilled Fencer strikes with precision while avoiding enemy blows with ease while the Chronomancer uses their powers of illusion and alteration of time to manipulate the odds to their favor. -description from publisher

So I have the dubious luxury of having been a beta tester for this expansion and I can say I have loved every minute of it. Chronomancer is by far my favorite character and issusury guard is my favorite card for just wrecking monster faces. You won’t be disappointed in this expansion!

Really good expansion. Like the others, I wish there was more! But it's all good stuff. Shadowrift is a really underrated game, and I always thought it was because not enough comes in the base game.
