Snapshot: 1969 is a card-based storytelling game where players run the same character: the hero of a hippie adventure.
At the beginning of the game, players create the hero by answering questions about their gender, age, love life, darkest fear, and greatest hope.
The game host deals each player five cards, and the hero goes through five scenes. Each card contains a snapshot from 1969. Players play one card each, and the host picks which one starts the scene. The player who laid down that card creates a short story about the scene. Other players can challenge or add to the story. Once everyone has contributed, the scene ends, and the host awards the card to the most entertaining player. The player with the most scenes wins the game.
