Three new buildings for Suburbia (2 of each are included):
Grugapark: This increases your borough's reputation, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
U-Bahn: This increases your borough's income, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
Messe Essen: This increases both your borough's reputation and income, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
To use these buildings in Suburbia, mix them into their appropriate stacks (A, B or C) prior to starting a game, and following the instructions on each tile!

This is a great little expansion for Suburbia! Your borough can only have one of each Essen tile, but get them all together and you get some huge bonuses!

This is awesome to have if you have been to Essen Spiel. Otherwise its just a couple of tiles that interacts with eachother. I don't see what anyone who hasn't been to the convention would get out of this promo.

Rating based on base game. Nevertheless the mini-expansion expands Suburbia perfectly and I dont play without it anymore. Terrible artwork [-1] - purchased 07.03.2015 (Lookout-Spiele); 50⬠incl. Suburbia Inc.
