Through the Desert

From award-winning designer Reiner Knizia comes a game of strategy, concentration, and… lots of camels! The desert is a treacherous, mysterious, and unforgiving place. But for those willing to take risks and explore its winding, scorching dunes, the desert holds incomparable riches.
In Through the Desert, two to five players each control a tribe of nomads competing for dominance of the desert. By forming caravans and capturing oases, players earn points as their tribes grow stronger.
Strategically deciding how and where to build your tribe’s caravans will be crucial. There are many ways to score points and different paths to victory. Will you try to build the longest caravan? Or will you attempt to dominate the desert’s oases? Don’t forget to keep an eye on your opponents’ caravans, or your tribe might find itself cut off from precious water sources.
