In Tortuga 2199, each player commands a pirate ship with the goal of becoming the most powerful captain and uniting all the sectors and clans of Tortuga under their command. They play cards from their hand to buy new cards for their deck, move their spaceship, collect minerals, explore and hunt creatures, battle with other spaceship captains, and conquer sectors. The game ends when a player has collected 15 influence points or when the Tortuga sector is conquered. So set sail for the space wind and get ready to become the greatest captain of Tortuga!
