Build your own dream house! What will it look like? Would you prefer a huge bedroom with an elegant four-poster bed or a spacious living room that has enough room for a piano? You take on the role of architect and decorator, planning your own custom dream house from the ground up. You decide which rooms to build, choose the roof colors, and determine which furnishings will beautify your home. Traumhaus is a game for the whole family. Over twelve rounds, players collect pairs of cards consisting of a room card and an action card (roof, helper, decoration, or tool), and uniquely design their personal dream houses. At the end of the game, all players' houses are finished and fully furnished. Players compare their houses and count points for functionality, good design, and quality of roof and furnishings. The player with the most beautiful and comfortable house wins.

Great family game. pretty simple to pickup and play. Evokes theme very well. My 6,8,10 all enjoy playing and can play well. Has just enough detail for the kids to keep learning some strategies over different games, but not too much too become over complicated. Happy with this purchase. 4/2/21: This game has only increased over time. I really enjoy playing this. 11/24/21: Kids are 8, 10, and 12, and this is still a favorite. Now one of my absolute favorites.

This title is awesome, my family really loves this game. The rule set is very well done and easy to understand. The concept is not only fun but tends to lead to long talks of what consists of our dream homes.

VERY light card drafting. Components are sturdy and the art work is charming. Works very well with my daughters- ages 7 and 10. I did not expect to enjoy this game as much as I do. Though it offers virtually nothing that is challenging, it excels at entertaining. I can't think of another game with as little substance that manages also to be so enjoyable.

Easy to play, comfortable and chill for all ages and boardgame experience, very suburban styled, but nice none the less! Don't let the game art fool you, it's quite a clever and tight game, and it's still a puzzle every time to get the house you want.

This one holds a special place in my heart - My wife and I went out on several dates and always picked this at the board game cafe - It looks cute and cozy, and it wasn't too distracting to keep our conversations going
