Description Description

Official full colour insert compatible with Undaunted: Stalingrad®. The design provides both efficient storage and improved game play. Many of the trays can be utilised during the game, and they greatly aid set-up and clear-away times. The rulebooks act as a lid on top of the trays.

The insert is arranged in up to three layers, with the top part of the box taken up by two board tile trays. These are split between the current and transformed city pools, and have additional space so you can file through them to quickly find the ones you need.

The largest tray in the insert is for the players' card decks. There is space for all the cards to be sleeved, though towards the end of the campaign you might need to remove some sleeves from the removed decks in the middle of the box.

The tray print uses designs from the game box, and each side is coloured to match the army cards. The two sides of the tray face opposite directions, so the tray can be placed in the middle of the table and each player can see their decks but only the backs of their opponent's cards.

These are the remaining trays from the insert. The two armies receive their own tray for tokens and dice, with the combat counters stored vertically and separated by type. The remaining general tokens are all stored in a single tray for use by both players.

These images show the trays without the game components inside so that you can see the colour print designs. Every tray includes images from the rulebook or game cards and boards. The player trays are each in the colours of the chosen army.

The images greatly improve the look of the trays, but also help in game clear up as you can instantly see what goes where.

Once the insert trays are packed into the box you simply need to place the books on top, starting with the main rulebook. Once fully loaded the box is filled to the top, allowing for vertical storage.

Perhaps the game that gets closest to its theme. Systematically trying to destroy your loved one over 10-15 missions has a way of making each of you feel the weight of your actions and the loss of your soldiers. It’s a game that is fundamentally simple to play but strategically rich. Superb.

Amazing game, from an amazing series! Can't wait to see where this series will go. I barely won a 14 game series, but my opponent also agreed that he really liked the game. Thank you for the fun!

An amazing campaign game that blew me away! First of all, I liked the idea of a token representing a whole squad, and the cards activating that token being individual members. Then the fact that the members gain experience (better cards) or die (gone forever!) through the course of the campaign really excited me. I’d never played a combat game with that kind of individualized history before. I also really loved that the board was a map of the city, and actions to smash blocks with artillery actually destroyed that block for the rest of the campaign. So cool!

Quite simply a brilliant game. Playing it solo, but having to make twice as many tactical decisions. Absolutely love the way the campaign works through. Please please Osprey can we have another similar game ? Okinawa would seem a great one, as many on here have already asked for a Pacific version.

Giocata e conclusa la campagna con un amico, semplicemente il più bel gioco della serie. Unica piccola pecca, non ci sono scenari singoli.
