Fully German edition of 'Gloom of Kilforth'. Kilforth is a menacing land, full of deadly monsters, mysterious strangers, and dangerous areas. Throughout the country, various factions are fighting for power - the supposedly noble Order of the Rose, the terror-spreading Guardians of Misery, and the malevolent Overlord Masklaw, to name just a few. At the heart of Kilforth lies the Vast City, a large city where fearless heroes begin their journey to glory and wealth. Next month a dark calamity will spread over Kilforth, against which the heroes must fight to prove themselves: they must slay an ancient evil and save the land from eternal darkness. 'Unheil über Kilforth' is a fantasy game with a touch of gothic, where 1-4 players, individually or together, take on the roles of heroes and travel through a dark world full of magic and dangers. They explore unusual places, meet even more unusual people, and defeat powerful enemies to discover mysterious artifacts and mystical spells. Each player follows their hero's story, an epic saga from humble beginnings to the climax: a battle that will decide the fate of the world. Players have 25 days to gather their strength and defeat an ancient evil entity. During the day, the heroes move through Kilforth, face encounters, and collect rewards, experiencing an epic story we call Saga. Each night, further calamities befall the land, and if time runs out before the ancient entity is defeated, Kilforth will forever sink into darkness and the heroes will lose the game. 'Unheil über Kilforth' can be played competitively, cooperatively, or solo. Solo games are played in cooperative mode, with the player controlling 1 to 4 heroes.
