Verrix is a management and strategy board game set in Britannia in 54 BC, where players lead a Celtic tribe aiming to accumulate the most fame points over 12 turns, following the Celtic calendar. Each player chooses a tribe with unique traits such as Craftsmanship, Trade, Mysticism, Raids, or Battle, and can increase population, promote a member to leader, and expand their Action Cards.
Points can be earned in various ways, including using Action Cards reflecting the tribe's Celtic character, gaining favor from the Gods during the four main Celtic festivals, or winning battles in the traditional Celtic manner. The game features strong player interaction and asymmetric mechanics, with card management and a small deck-building component.
