Description Description
Wildsea by Felix Isaacs is a role-playing game that will take you to explore the world like you have never imagined before.
300 years ago, an event known as The Verdancy covered the world with rapidly growing vegetation, submerging all the land except for the highest peaks under a blanket of leaves and branches. Since then, society has changed, adapting to the new conditions: this is the era of the Tree Navigators, traveling through the Tree Archipelago aboard special ships designed to sail the sea of branches and foliage.

Wildsea is a game of exploration, adaptation to the new conditions of eternal movement and changeability of the world, and rediscovery of the past, which occasionally emerges from the tangle of roots.

The manual contains:

The rules of the Wild Words system, which will allow you to create your Tree Navigators and have them adventure in the world of the Tree Archipelago.
Specific rules for creating and managing your ship.
Specific rules for the travel and navigation phase.
A section dedicated to the “Firefly” (the Guide for this role-playing game) including a step-by-step explanation of how to play a role-playing game set on scenes and narrative arcs.
5 Regions of the Tree Archipelago complete with dangers and factions, where you can set your first adventures.
Special rules for playing without the Firefly, making the game “masterless”. The Tree Archipelago is a constantly evolving arboreal expanse… what will you discover in its depths?
