Description
Zampotecaria is a solo role-playing game about the ancient healing art of wild animals, set in the Irsuti Woods, the same corner of Scotland as Scorribanda. Now that the two-legged Titans are gone, the Wild Ones have inherited the land.
Welcome to the Irsuti Woods, a land full of animals in need of your care! Wear the scales, fur, or feathers of a Pestapoltiglia, an alchemist tasked with wandering through lakes, forests, and mountains in search of the best remedies to heal the ailments of all the Wild Ones in distress. You will only need paper, pen, and a deck of cards to explore what was once the Scottish Trossachs, abandoned by the two-legged Titans.
You will choose between many forks in your story like in a gamebook, manage your movements on the map and the load you can carry like in a board game, and write a story in the form of a diary as in the tradition of solo role-playing games. But you will also find alternative rules to do it together with your friends.
