I held off on joining the Zombicide bandwagon. Boy, I love this game. It is fast to set up, fast to play, and has ample story (so far--I'm 6 games in). It was so easy to learn and start! Now I'm looking at how I can give CMON more of my money.
In late 2021 I had bought Zombicide 2nd Edition (with the Reboot Box plus dozens of 1st Edition expansions and extras and Promos and Special Guest boxes and Black Plague) then just recently a [u]complete All-in pledge[/u] of Zombicide Invader and am totally loving it! It is now the best cooperative game in my collection! Now I have Orcs [u]and[/u] Goblins ! ! !
Extremely fun. We changed the a rule to make it a little harder (only search a room once per person, made it more "realistic") We have most the expansions and the Horde Box
Shocked at the low rating for this game...this is our groups 'go to' between every campaign game we play when deciding what to play next. Great for gamers who want to create their own scenarios, not stuck to a story line. Dozens of characters to choose from to create a myriad of group compositions. Surviving is the name of the game, so if you need to play a game with a BIG reward at the end, this isn't the game for you.
More fantasy like than S1 but also stronger mobs so brute force becomes plan B with this rather essential set
