A race game where players get a secret agenda giving them a personal stake in each of the monsters. Players take turns moving the monsters toward the finish. You can only move a monster that hasn't been moved yet on a given round. All monsters move forward a die roll but if you are moving a monster that doesn't score high for you, you can waste its movement by zig-zagging or wandering into non-native terrain that costs two move points for each square. Monsters can attack one another (another great way to slow down a monster you don't like is to beat on it). Each monster has special powers and a special attack and defense that randomly comes up when a "wacky attack die" shows, "sword", "shield", or both. Monsters move into their native terrains as easily as they would blank squares and get a defensive bonus when in a native terrain square. After three monsters have crossed the finish line, everybody counts up the points they get for those three monsters according to their secret agenda. Example: Dragon, Pixie, and Minotaur finish in that order. My hidden agenda has a 5 next to the Dragon, an 8 next to the minotaur, and a 3 next to the Pixie so I score 16 points. If two players tie for score, you compare the finish of the top monsters on their hidden agendas.
