Ruins contains forty new cards – including new Leaders, Locations and Contact cards – for use with either 51st State or The New Era (or both). The Ruins expansion introduces new abilities for cards, including the possibility of recovering discarded cards. New locations not only provide storage for resources, but they provide other ones, too.
