The cards are really cool and the boss (The Wailing) is incredibly difficult. For AE veterans - even after playing many games before this nemesis took us three tries to defeat. Awesome challenge for experienced AE players.

Aeon’s End is a great game from the ground up. But if you shuffle new cards into it, give everyone involved a choice of more heroes, and each time put someone else against them with original mechanisms, then you will get amazing cooperative experiences and dramatic fights.
