Description
Arribada Travel Pack. Players place turtles during a mass nesting event called arribada, "arrival from the sea." The goal is to place turtles in groups (sequences or sets) to score points while ensuring the fewest possible remain stranded at the end of the game.
Building sets and sequences is straightforward, but the game grows complex when competing for the same turtle. Some turtles score quickly, others capture opponent tiles or grant extra turns. A captured turtle becomes a wildcard for more profitable groups. Players also compete for presence and majority in four quadrants. Turtles left stranded at game's end penalize your score.
On your turn place a turtle tile, claim a neutral tile, or capture an opponent tile. The game ends when a player places their last shell.
