Description
You are a Bordeaux winemaker, working to produce, age and sell your artisanal wines. Your goal is to create France's highest quality and most prestigious wines.
Bordeaux is a condensed, paper-and-pencil version of the Fromage board game. This pocket-sized game fits easily into a backpack and requires no table, so you can play anywhere: on the back seat of a car, on a plane, on the beach, or even while waiting in a long line at a game fair!
The game lasts 13 turns (years). Each year you assign workers to Produce Wine or Gather Resources, choosing a duration of 1, 2, or 3 years for each action. A longer duration means a more powerful action, but will require more time before that worker is ready again. At the end of the game, you earn points for wine and resources.
