More great options for the CC system. Adds three nation decks, a bunch of nation counters, and expands on the scenario set up options as well as adding new premade scenarios. A must have for the CC:E fanatic, or anyone who wants to play some of the future scenario packs which will require this expansion.
Just got this game about a month ago, and have yet to play any of the scenarios included. Ownership of both CC-Europe, and CC-Mediterranean allows the use of all the battle-packs available for the game except for New Guinea for which you need CC-Pacific.
More of Combat Commander is always better. France and Italy are fascinating because of how much weaker they are in comparison. Manipulating scenarios to try to break through with weaker fate decks is the puzzle. Love it.
Really the other half of CC: Europe. Adds Brits/Commonwealth, French/Allied Minors, and Italians/Axis Minors. Great scenarios that are just as much fun as the base game, but the expanded RSG/do it yourself scenario rules are almost all I play these days. Tried to trade for copies of the CC series a few years ago. One rejection read, "the only things in my coffin when I die will be my corpse and my Combat Commander games." That sums it up for me too.
Stacks of new maps, three more nations and a revamped random scenario generator make this a must buy expansion for Combat Commander fans.
