Description
In the depths, among echoes and crystals, lies Glimmerdeep: a forgotten realm. Here small animals work the land, build burrows and alliances in the shimmering darkness.
Each player guides a faction of underground creatures that has just found a new home and must expand its civilization. You use your faction's unique abilities to dig tunnels, gather resources and build workshops that improve your society.
Glimmerdeep is an engine-builder over 5 rounds. Each round you dig spaces on your map to gain resources and make room for new buildings, you construct workshops and furnaces and activate them for various benefits. At the end of round 5, whoever has the most victory points wins, obtained by building and activating workshops and furnaces, completing the map objective, leveraging your faction's unique Calling and from unspent resources.
