In Hive Mind™, players answer trivia and opinion questions trying to match their answers with other players, scoring points for each match they achieve. They don’t have to be correct! They just have to be the same as what other players think. Each round, players will roll the die to determine how many lowest scoring answers move down the player board. Then a question will be asked, and answers given and scored. Once one or more players moves lower than level six, they are eliminated from the Hive Mind and everyone else wins!

This is my favorite social game, very underrated. I do miss the old edition with the bee theming though.

This is the only game I own that works for literally any group of people. For groups with less patience for games, just don't put the yellow blocking tiles on, and the game will be shorter.

Excellent party game. Suits a super high player count (which doesn't really impact on time to play very much); some simple mechanism(s) beyond just the core question asking add to the fun, it's apparent that lots of thought has been given to the questions, but it'd also be easy to add your own personalised ones. Highly recommended for all ages.

We first played this one via Zoom during self-isolation and with modified rules (we go around the "table" once and just tally points at the end to get a winner), and it has been a lot of fun and sparked some fun discussions. I picked it up to play with a large group of non-gamers, and when we play it in person we play it the same way without the board. I'm just worried about this one overstaying its welcome if played with the regular rules.
