An incredibly cool family game that I've been enjoying hugely as a filler game. Played a tonne of this (unlogged) whilst demoing at the UKGE for Hachette Board Games UK and have continued to enjoy it as a paradoxically tense, engaging and laid-back filler game. Really awesome way to combine lots of familiar mechanisms from childhood pastimes into an exceptionally cool filler/family game. (Aug 21) ------- Lovely game - still one I play with my niece every Christmas, at least. Gifted it to her a few years back and always look forward to playing it at family get togethers.

Imagician reinvents the principle of dot-to-dot drawing: connect the dots to discover what you are drawing.
In each round, an imagic spell made of several ingredients is revealed. Simultaneously, players connect the ingredients on their board to draw a shape. The first player to guess the shape they are drawing (even if that drawing is incomplete) writes what it is on their board and starts a countdown for the other players. Once the countdown ends, players win points if they guessed correctly what the shape represents.
Each game will have you guess eight objects from more than 225 different spells with various challenges. Codes will lead you to draw specific shapes: curves, multiple lines, circles, etc. This way, your drawings become more and more complex. In the first game, a short tutorial will help you get started immediately and learn the different codes.
