This is a fun expansion which can be played in the base game, the Legacy game, or any of the expansions. We have done so and have enjoyed the asymmetric gameplay, which the designers seem to have balanced.

Complete German edition of 'Clank! -Upper Management'. 'Klong!: Upper Management' is an expansion for 'Klong!' or 'Klong! - Legacy'. The base game is required to play. Feared by anyone who likes to keep their loot: the Upper Management of 'Aquisitions Incorporated'. Each of them has their own weaknesses and strengths and each of them wants to prove themselves as the best thief. Anyone who has ever wanted to have their own thief identity (you never know when you need to go underground as a master thief) will be fully satisfied with this expansion. Four characters with unique starting cards and individually designed miniatures offer more variety on the way to the dungeons of this world. This expansion can be played with both the base game 'Klong! - A Deckbuilding Adventure' and 'Klong! - Legacy'. However, healers and alchemists recommend using the Upper Management for 'Klong! - Legacy' only after the campaign is completed, as otherwise there may be narrative inconsistencies. Game contents: 4 unique starting card decks, 4 player boards, 4 miniatures: Omin Dran, Jim Darkmagic, Viari, Môrgæn. Attention! This item is not suitable for children under 3 years old. Choking hazard due to small parts that can be swallowed or inhaled.

This is or any of the 2 other character expansions are a must have if your a fan of clank! Adding asymmetric starting decks to clank is a tonne of fun and really builds on the theme of the game, there are some extra cards for the main deck in here as well for additional variety. The minis are an excellent touch and pretty good quality, I just make sure either everyone uses the minis or meeples, mixing them looks weird.

Clank is fun, but I feel the Upper Management pack is a must. It just more fun when you got a mini to move around with unique cards vs a little wooden thing...
