This takes a great game and makes it even better. It fixes co-op play with the puzzle rooms, and I just love it even more.

Escape Room adds two new modes that make for very unique game play. Having more modes of play, and some interesting new rooms, makes for a worthwhile expansion if you already like the original (but you should really have the first expansion or Room 25 Ultimate to maximize the experience).
