The Binding Of Isaac: Four Souls+ 2nd Edition

Commander in a box. It can run long with more than 2 players, so it loses a point there. Otherwise, this box has endless replayability, making it a great value proposition. It is a big game that fits in a small box and allows players to build combos or make come-backs at any point throughout the game. (Update: I like this game so much that I don't care that it can run long.)

This card/board game is by far the best I've played as far as gameplay. While the theme isn't my personal favorite, out of all the card games out there, with a big strategic element resembling a board game, its simply up in the S-tier of games. Hoping this game gets more clout, it certainly deserves it.

Literally the best game I've ever played. Even though the games doesn't need any improvement, I still can't wait for all the new features in The Binding Of Isaac Requiem. Would recommend to everyone who's interested or on the fence about this game.

Une vraie pépite pour les fans de l’univers d’Isaac ! Four Souls réussit à transposer l’esprit du jeu vidéo en un jeu de cartes chaotique, drôle et terriblement addictif. Entre trahisons, pactes temporaires et retournements de situation, chaque partie est un théâtre de coups bas mémorables. L’équilibre entre stratégie et hasard fonctionne à merveille, surtout à 4 joueurs. L’univers, les illustrations et l’humour noir font mouche. Un must-have si on aime jouer sale… et rire fort.

honestly almost the perfect card game for me. its a little on the long end and teaching new players can have a steep curve but the fun to investment time and really high in my opinion. the chance aspect of the game is both thematic and exhilarating. a few good plays and a little luck can swing a unwinnable game to a surprising victory
